The Rock County Public Health (RCPH) in Wisconsin is issuing a warning to the community about possible exposure to measles. An individual from Dane County, who was infectious, spent time in Rock County and now RCPH, along with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Public Health Madison & County, and SSM Health are working together to identify and notify individuals who may have been exposed to the measles virus.
People who may have been exposed to measles are being asked to check their vaccination status if they visited the following locations: Kwik Trip on W Madison Ave in Milton between 2:45 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 21, SSM Health Dean Medical Group on E Racine St in Janesville between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday, April 22, and SSM Health Mary’s Hospital on E Racine St in Janesville between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m
