Martinsville Race Weekend Schedule for NASCAR Cup, Xfinity, and Truck Series

This weekend at Martinsville Speedway, the Truck, Xfinity and Cup series will all be in action. The Truck teams will race on Friday, the Xfinity teams will have a race on Saturday afternoon, and the Cup teams will cap off the weekend with a race on Sunday afternoon. Last season’s winners at Martinsville were Corey Heim in the Truck race, John Hunter Nemechek in the spring Xfinity race, and Kyle Larson in the spring Cup race.

The schedule for the Martinsville Speedway weekend is as follows: Truck series practice and qualifying on Friday, followed by Xfinity series practice and qualifying later that day. On Saturday, there will be Cup series practice and qualifying followed by the Xfinity race in the evening. Finally, on Sunday, the Cup race will take place.

The weather forecast for this weekend looks good with partly cloudy skies and a high of 47 degrees for Friday’s Truck race, mostly sunny skies and a high of 58 degrees for Saturday’s Xfinity race, and sunny skies with a high of 62 degrees for Sunday’s Cup race. Last weekend at Richmond saw a mix of wet weather tires and racing slicks during the Cup race.

The winningest Cup team has always had a special bond with Martinsville Speedway. Joey Logano and Ryan Blaney are no exception to this rule as they have much to look forward to when they arrive at Martinsville next week. The action-packed weekend at Martinsville is sure to deliver exciting races for fans of all three NASCAR series.
