New Opportunity for Vendors: CDCR Seeks SCADA System Maintenance at California State Prison Solano Water Treatment Plant

Quotes Needed for Water Treatment Technology Services by CDCR

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is currently looking for vendors to provide maintenance, calibration, inspection, and repair services for the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system at the California State Prison, Solano water treatment plant. The performance period for this agreement will be from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2027. According to the RFQ documents, the initial agreement will not exceed $180,000.

Interested vendors must first participate in a mandatory walk-through of the facility before submitting a quote package. Walk-throughs must be scheduled through Martha Gallegos and Billy Ray Butler before April 5. Vendors should also submit their bid packages by 2 p.m. on May 7. If deemed in the best interest of CDCR, the resulting agreement may be amended to extend the term or increase funding consistent with the original Scope of Services. It’s important that interested vendors complete the walk-through and submit their bid packages on time to be considered for this opportunity.
