Mayo Clinic Health System has recently been recognized for its exceptional patient care by Healthgrades, a leading healthcare consumer resource. Out of over 830 hospitals evaluated by Healthgrades, only 79 achieved both the 2024 Patient Safety and Patient Experience Awards. Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato, Minnesota was one of these distinguished facilities, further solidifying its reputation for providing top-notch patient care.

In addition to the Patient Safety and Patient Experience Awards, Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin and Albert Lea, Minnesota earned the 2024 Patient Safety Excellence Award. This recognition places these hospitals in the top 10% nationally based on an analysis of 13 patient safety indicators using MedPAR data. This highlights Mayo Clinic Health System’s commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety.

Furthermore, Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse and Eau Claire, Wisconsin received the 2024 Outstanding Patient Experience Award. This award recognizes healthcare facilities that excel in providing clear and compassionate communication with patients and their families.
