Legal Battle Unfolds Between Trump and Co-Founders Over Allegations of Improper Setup at Truth Social

Donald Trump files lawsuit against Trump Media & Technology Group co-founders Andy Litinsky and Wes Moss

A legal battle is brewing between former President Donald Trump and his co-founders, Andy Litinsky and Wes Moss, over allegations of improper setup at Trump Media & Technology Group. The lawsuit, filed by Trump in Florida state court, accuses Litinsky and Moss of mishandling an attempt to take Trump Media public years ago, which caused the project to be delayed for over a year and a half.

In addition to these allegations, the lawsuit also claims that Litinsky and Moss made several attempts to block Trump Media’s successful plan to go public by merging with Digital World Acquisition, a publicly traded shell company. This legal battle is also being played out in the Delaware Court of Chancery where Litinsky and Moss filed their complaint against Trump.

The ongoing legal battle highlights the complex dynamics at play within the company and its leadership. Since going public, shares of Truth Social have seen significant fluctuations. As of Tuesday, the company’s stock closed at $51.60, marking a 6% increase and valuing the entire company at $5.9 billion.
