Explore Cutting-Edge Science: The Return of the Royal Society’s Summer Science Exhibition

The Summer Science Exhibition of 2024 will take place in July.

The Summer Science Exhibition, a groundbreaking event that showcases the latest research from across the UK, is returning this year. This free event will feature 14 interactive flagship exhibits that visitors can explore firsthand. The Royal Society is inviting everyone to immerse themselves in cutting-edge science by getting up close with brain scanners, real ice core samples from Antarctica, waste transformed into stunning art, and the fascinating realm of stem cell and embryo research.

Online visitors will also have the opportunity to experience the excitement of the exhibition floor through virtual content, including live-streamed demonstrations, exclusive interviews, and talks. Over 300 scientists whose work is featured will be attending the event and they will be happy to share their insights about their innovative research. The venue for the event is The Royal Society located at 6-9 Carlton House Terrace, London, SW1Y 5AG.
