Office property in Roslyn fetches $1.95 million in sale

A 6,034-square-foot office property located at 1326 Old Northern Blvd in Roslyn recently sold for $1.95 million. The buyer, Vohora Realty LLC, an affiliate of a pharmacy business, plans to occupy the building once the current tenant, Summer Discovery, vacates by the end of the year.

The brokers from RIPCO Real Estate, Stephen Preuss, Kevin Louie, and Eric Delafraz represented both the buyer and the seller, Musik Properties LLC, in the sales transaction. Louie shared that 1326 Old Northern Blvd is an iconic building owned and operated by the seller for several decades. There is short-term income for the buyer while they finalize their construction and business plans.

Preuss added that they had several offers at the asking price and were able to put this centrally located asset under contract within 30 days of marketing. The property will provide additional income for the pharmacy business while they construct their new operations in the area.
