In light of inconsistencies discovered in products from the “Ararat Brandy Factory” LLC, the chief state sanitary doctor of Belarus has issued a ban on their import and sale. This was announced by the press service of the regional center of hygiene, epidemiology, and public health in Gomel, as reported by TASS.

According to the message, products from the factory are now prohibited for import, storage, transportation, sale and use due to a harmful dye that was detected in them. As a result, these items have been removed from circulation and must be properly disposed of.

The “Ararat Brandy Factory” is known for producing wine and brandy products. This cautionary measure serves as an important reminder of the need for strict quality control measures in food production and distribution. The decision to ban these products will help ensure public safety and health in Belarus.
