Alliance Health System Leases 16,300-Square-Foot Space in Matawan, Expands Operations with Zimmel Associates’ Help

Zimmel helps health care services firm relocate from Morganville to Matawan with new lease arrangement.

Zimmel Associates facilitated a 16,300-square-foot lease for Alliance Health System at an office building in Matawan. The real estate services firm, based in Edison, announced on Tuesday that the health services company had signed the lease at 14 Cliffwood Ave., a 48,000-square-foot property under new ownership by Laser Focus Holdings for the past nine months. The health services company is relocating from Morganville to this new location.

Alliance Health System, known for offering practice management and administrative support services to physicians, group practices, and hospitals, was identified as the perfect tenant for this space due to their statewide network. The move from Morganville to Matawan aligns well with Alliance Health System’s corporate goals.

Throughout the negotiations, CEO Nicolas Bufano and Chief Operating Officer Rayna Wolfman represented Alliance Health System. The lease also includes provisions for potential expansion within the building or the option to purchase it in the future. Zimmel President David Zimmel highlighted the building as an excellent option for businesses looking for a conducive environment for growth.

The space at 14 Cliffwood Ave. comprises a total of 16,300 square feet, divided into a 9,200-square-foot unit on the first floor, an adjacent 2,900-square-foot space, and a 4,200-square-foot unit on the second floor. This new location will provide Alliance Health System with more room to grow and expand its operations in Matawan.
